Cancellation & Return Policy

WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED
You can request cancellation of your order before your item/s have been shipped. Usually or der is shipped the same day, so don’t delay in revoking the order. Please note that we are using services of third party payment gateway which levies 5% of order amount as transaction fee. Your order amount after deduc tion of transaction fee shall be refunded to your account, which shall be processed within 2 working days of your request. It usually takes 15 working days to credit back the payment and the same shall reflect in your su bsequent statement/s.

WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED BY COURIER
In case your ordered item/s have been shipped but not yet delivered, you can still opt to request for cancellation.
In this case kindly do not receive the packet upon delivery. Please note that we are using services of third party payment gateway which levies 5% of order amount as transaction fee. In addition to this, shipping charges plus 5 % of MRP of returned item/s shall be deducted on account of re-stocking fee, and the remaining amount shall be refunded to your account, which shall be processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned packet. In case of pa rtial order cancellation
In case you wish to cancel part of your order, then you may ship the item/s, to be returned, back to us as soon as possible. Just in case your items are delivered to you by registered post, due to non-availability of courier service in remote zone, please arrange to return the packet, or items you wish to return, immediately.
